​Will has been investing in and developing property since 2009, in 2022 he opened the doors to Brentor Group, todate they have delivered over 70 projects for investing partners and clients.
In 2024, the team delivered over £25 million in GDV in HMO projects across the South.
As managing director of Brentor Group, Will currently has a strong pipeline of projects, including multiple Large HMOs, office-to-residential conversions, and a new-build block of apartments, with a combined GDV in excess of £60 million.
Alongside developing, Will has a background in the management of multi-million-pound assets for UHNWIs, large renovation projects and has had a continuous education in property investment.
